PROJECTS

Take a look at Rigga's latest projects - showcasing high-quality landscaping and paving.

BASALT STEPPING STONES

Basalt stone installed as stepping pavers for a pathway leading to our customers front door. River pebbles laid in between the stone and plants installed down one side.

COBBLESTONE PATIO

Our customer wanted to maximise the space for more outdoor living. This cobblestone patio area is now big enough for the barbeque a table and outdoor lounges.

PORCELAIN TILES

Porcelain tiles are a great choice for a patio area. They are dense and don’t require any sealing. These are always installed onto a mortar base and grouted. These pavers are a 600 x 600 in which enhances your patio and makes the area look larger.

CONCRETE PAVER

This is a concrete paver called Mocha Honed. It has limestone in the mix enhancing the entranceway. These pavers require sealing for protection and longevity.

NATURAL SCHIST PAVING STANMORE BAY

Our customer was excited to provide us with an autumn gold schist stone that they requested installed as an outdoor entertaining area. This autumn gold stone has really integrated well with the light coloured pastel brick.

POOLSIDE PAVING HOWICK

Our customer wanted to utilise the stunning view so we installed new keystone retaining wall at a higher level and used new 600x600 pavers on mortar and grouted. This turned out to be a very inviting dining area.

MEDITERRANEAN LOOK

Our customer wanted us to work with an Italian Mediterranean look to make it feel like home. We used a moonstone pebble to integrate with a mocha colour paver, the colours in the pebble were unique and made the area feel natural and warm.

RETAINING WALL ONEHUNGA

This customers brief was to install a low retaining wall and steps entrance way into the house. We choose a country manor retaining block and the pathway using 600x600 natural pavers. Jak matting was installed on the sides of the paving, finished with a white chip. This works great and is attractive to extended car parking.

PAVING HALF MOON BAY

New paving and pool coping surround around the refurbished pool. We used 600x600, sandstone paving and installed them onto mortar and grouted. We worked closely with our customer installing a concrete footing which the pool glass balustrade slotted into nicely.

MT EDEN VILLA PAVING

This visually effective and low maintenance paving design in Mt Eden consisted of us digging out the lawn and new garden areas by hand and installing a new paving path (pavers on mortar) in this stepping stone fashion. We also had a couple of exposed aggregate concrete slabs installed to match the existing. The surrounds are filled with river pebbles, which gives is a modern and tidy look.

ARTIFICIAL GRASS

We applied artificial grass to the Howick Cricket Club as it is a fantastic product for the large grounds. It achieves the natural look and feel just like real grass but without the maintenance to look after it. Perfect for such a large area.

STEPPED PEBBLE PATHWAY

We were asked to form some steps leading up to the back lookout that had a natural flow finish. These steps are infilled with Goldrush pebble.

POOL LANDSCAPING

This was a top customer of Rigga's that we did a patio for them 4 years ago. They got back in touch and asked us to landscape their new pool and oversee the whole contract. The overall look was very eye catching and finished to a very high standard.

NATURAL POOLSIDE PAVING

Paving around the pool is a great durable option and very popular. Installed onto mortar means there is no chance of weeds coming through and it's grouted for a superior finish.

LUXURY POOLSIDE PAVING

It was great to work around this pool. It’s not every day that you come across one like this! Granite tiles were used around the pool and were also used to create a wall by the outdoor shower.
